
Family Housing
Castor’s Rural and Native Housing Units exist to provide adequate and appropriate housing for low-income families or individuals, in a cost effective and efficient manner. The responsibility of the Castor and District Housing Authority is to offer housing accommodation with full services, intended to be used as a domicile by families or individuals in need of subsidization.
We offer 4 duplex units located in Castor Alberta.
About Rural and Native Housing:

Subsidized housing by the Provincial and Federal Governments

Self-contained suites with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, front room, full basement and yard

Rent is based on percentage of line 150 of Income Tax, there is a market rent maximum in place.

- Functionally Independent Individuals and/or families who are:
- Medically stable
- Canadian Citizens
- Low Income Households
